Karimojong Brave traditional people, the pastoralist Karimojong of North East Uganda do not listen to the Government officers pressure for them to wear trousers. The Karimojong nowadays keep their traditional dress, while officers, after finding Karimojong's fierce resistance, gave up in their pressure. Male children grow up in the Karamojong society learning to herd goats and then later herding cattle, the two repositories of wealth of the Karamojong.
